Company Culture

The company culture is influence by a common passion for succeeding with the company’s journey – So, it is entrepreneurial!

It is still a small company however with a steep growth strategy, but the organisation is still flat with very little distance between the different roles.

The tone is informal and gives space to voice opinions and input, and there is not necessarily always far between thought and execution.

Thus, LED iBond holds the characteristics of a true start-up/scale-up company.
