If you recieve damaged goods

Please note that all LED iBond products carefully quality tested for malfunction before shipping.
If you receive any product with malfunction, it is damaged during transportation and we recommend you to do the following:

  • If goods are lost or damaged during transport and damage is externally visible, clearly note the waybill or transfer document with details of loss or damage when shipment is received.
  • If the loss or damage is not visible until packages are opened, make a written complaint to the carrier within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
  • You can report your claim at most carriers websites – ex. DHL: DHL Freight Claim for Damaged or Missing Goods Form

     

    Further advice in case of damage
  • Inspect the damaged goods and try to limit any further damages from occurring
  • Consider how damage can best be repaired, if possible
  • Reserve Insurers right/opportunity to inspect the damaged goods
  • Store the damaged goods separately
  • Store all packaging material
  • Do not transport goods onwards

If you want to return products to LED iBond?

If products without defects are to be returned to LED iBond, you must complete the RMA form below and follow instructions. 

After submitting the RMA form, you will receive an email with everything you need to know when returning a product to LED iBond.
