About the role

LediBond A/S in Hørsholm is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager (SCM).
In this role, you will be responsible for the company’s flow of goods and purchasing, working closely with our Product Manager (PM).
You will play a key role in both the daily and strategic development of the company, reporting directly to the CEO. As SCM, you will have the opportunity to develop your own team as the company grows.

Your main responsibilities

• Driving and further developing the sourcing of the company’s product range
• Optimizing the inbound and outbound flow of components and products
• Negotiating prices and purchasing contracts in collaboration with the PM
• Overseeing the S&OP process in collaboration with sales and planning
• Optimizing KPIs, including minimizing waste and capital tied up in raw materials, packaging, and products in collaboration with other functions
    

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in supply chain and sourcing within sales and production companies
• Experience in planning, inventory management, purchasing, and supplier relations. Experience in the electronics industry is an advantage but not required
• Proven ability to negotiate internationally, especially in Asia and Eastern Europe
• Strong IT skills, including ERP systems and MS 365
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• A willingness to take on a diverse role with personal responsibility
• Open-minded and independent, yet a team player who works well with colleagues
